Twenty-one spectacular acres of Disney magic have arrived along O‘ahu’s western coastline. Aulani, a family-friendly resort, includes its own convention center, kids’ club, restaurants, retail spaces, and a variety of pools. The complex is designed to deliver a deeply Hawaiian feel, achieved through Hawaiian architecture, arts, patterns, colors, and material. Located in Ko Olina, which is master planned by AHL, the project represents Walt Disney Imagineering’s first resort built independently of a theme park. It is also the first Disney resort, as well as the first resort hotel in Hawai‘i, to receive LEED® Silver Certification.
