Now a well-known landmark, Nauru Tower was the first of its kind in Honolulu's Kaka‘ko district. AHL completed design development through construction administration for this project. Working with a tight schedule and high-tech challenges, this 44-story glass tower adds grace to busy Ala Moana Boulevard and grants its residents sweeping views of Ala Moana Park and the Pacific Ocean. An award-winning project, AHL also enhanced the design environment with an emphasis on high tech detailing. Design features include a specialty curtain wall and a variety of residential amenities such as a recreation deck, pool, jacuzzis, and a tennis court.
