Vincent's architectural journey has been defined by a wide range of experiences in the industry, including high-end residential projects and complex luxury high-rises. He holds a Doctor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where he also shares his knowledge as a lecturer at the School of Architecture. Vincent aims to develop AHL's mentorship initiatives and support the next generation of architects, particularly licensure candidates.

Known for his inclusive leadership style, Vincent believes in celebrating others and fostering a culture of respect, curiosity, and growth. His passion for mentorship and team development drives his work at AHL. Outside of the office, Vincent enjoys nature, playing sports, tinkering with machines, and traveling to NFL games to visit every stadium.
