Si is a graduate of the ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena with 17 years of experience in urban, commercial, and governmental projects. Throughout his years, Si has developed a unique ability to navigate project entitlements and approvals, guiding projects from concept to completion.

Si's leadership is characterized by a visionary approach, coupled with humility and empathy. Outside the office, he enjoys playing tennis, surfing, and spending time with his friends and family. He also brings a competitive spirit and love for challenges from his days as a Tetris World Championship competitor.
